4 slices ham
3 tablespoons olive spread
4 slices salami
6 slices pepperoni
2 slices provolone cheese
¼ cup sliced pepperoncini
1 cup roughly chopped romaine lettuce
½ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Lay 2 slices of ham on top of one another, overlapping only halfway.
Spread half of the olive spread in the center.
Layer 2 slices of salami, 3 slices pepperoni, 1 slice provolone, pepperoncini and ½ cup lettuce.
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, red wine vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons of sauce on top of the lettuce.
Roll the whole thing up, with the ham on the outside holding everything together.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
